Position: Partner + Family Coordinator
Type: Part-Time Position
Position Available: 2026-27 School Year, starting in August
The Partner + Family Coordinator is responsible for managing external communication to each Tiqvah partner and family. They will foster personal relationships that contribute towards Tiqvah’s ultimate vision and mission and will help students experience enriching opportunities in the community. Responsible for Tiqvah’s positive presence in the community and the holistic care of families and students.
Job Qualifications:

Be a passionate and active member of the Canton community
Teachable; willing to be open to new concepts and ideas
Flexibility with a diverse population of students
Good organizational, time management, and communication skills

Position: Ministry Coordinator
Type: Part-Time Position
Position Available: 2026-27 School Year, starting in August
The Ministry Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the spiritual development of every student at Tiqvah. They will mentor each student to know Jesus and grow in their knowledge and trust in Him. Responsible for discipling each Tiqvah student to know their God-given identity in Him and grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.

Willingness to pray with students, families, and staff
Teachable; willing to be open to new concepts and ideas
Flexibility with a diverse population of students
Good organizational, time management, and communication skills

Position: Academic Coordinator
Type: Part-Time Position
Position Available: 2026-27 School Year, starting in August
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the academic performance of students at Tiqvah. They will do this by providing focused support to staff and volunteers in classrooms, creating and administering assessments, and reviewing data to make future improvements. Responsible for helping students achieve established goals for academic growth, with an intentional focus on reading comprehension.

Background or relevant experience in education
Teachable; willing to be open to new concepts and ideas
Flexibility with a diverse population of students
Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
Strong ability to take initiative and work independently on partnerships and provide opportunities for the students
Able to be a cooperative and supportive team member

Position: Executive Director
Type: Full-Time Position
Position Available: Starting as soon as availability and scheduling allow
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the entirety of Tiqvah’s programming in line with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
